Nylon Coffee
Probably some of the best specialty coffee at Singapore you can taste at Nylon coffee roasters, which is located near China Town. They roast their own, single origin beans and take pride in visiting the coffee farms every year and building relationships with them.
Nylon Coffee always serve top-notch coffee and last time I was there they even gave me a recommendation on what to try, which was spot on too. I also think the service is always super friendly and you always feel very much welcomed to this cafe. They don’t serve any food, but there’s a bakery next door which I have seen people buy some pastries to take away and eat it at Nylon with a cup of coffee.
